Conclusion

All along, Home Depot has taken on the challenge of remaining within the top companies and simultaneously compromising with technology to provide a different service than the competition. The 20/20 technologies software provides process improvements, getting a better efficiency in the: Outbound logistic, Sales and Marketing, and Customer service of the business process.

However, the current  hardware was not updated according to what software requires. Also, the procedures were showing to the relevant employees whom after sometime of training could offer a better performance in the sales process, but without a suitable hardware this task is inefficient.
